These terms govern use of cashlift.com.au. Your loan is governed by a separate Credit Contract.
1. Website use
You may use cashlift.com.au for personal, non-commercial purposes — to research our product, apply for a loan, manage an existing loan, or contact us. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the website or its contents without our written consent.
2. Accuracy of information
We make our best effort to ensure information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, fees, rates, and terms are subject to change. The binding figures are those in your signed Credit Contract and in the loan calculator at the time you apply.
3. Links to external sites
We link to external sites (AFCA, OAIC, NDH, illion) as a convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.
4. Intellectual property
The CashLift name, logo, and website design are trademarks and copyrighted works of CashLift Pty Ltd. You may not use them without written consent except as permitted by law (e.g. fair dealing for news reporting).
5. Availability
We aim to keep the website and applicant portal available 24/7, with scheduled maintenance typically between 02:00–04:00 AEST. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashLift and Bacena are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law — including under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
